Kashan
Bagh-e Fin
- Bagh-e Fin which is a highlight of Kashan is located a few kilometers southwest of Kashan, in the small village of Fin. This is one of the most famous gardens of Iran. This garden is also known as Baghe-e Shah, the King's Garden, creating the contrast between the kavir (salt desert) and the greenery of the oasis below the adjoining Karkass mountain.

- This beautiful garden with its pool and orchards was designed for Shah Abbas I as a classical Persian vision of paradise. The original Safavid buildings have been substantially replaced and rebuilt by Ghajar dynasty although the layout of trees and marble basins is close to the original. Other kings such as Shah Soleiman, Shah Tahmasb, Karim Khan Zand, and Fath Ali Shah all contributed to the repair of this premises.

- This garden has remained for centuries due to the capacity of water it gains from the Soleimaniyeh spring in the garden, which was providing a major part of Kashan's water.

- This gorgeous garden with remains of its two story palace is a pleasant spot to relax in the shade after a long day trip. The other structures of this garden are chambers for the elite, the museum on the western side of the premises, the large and small bath, and the library in the eastern side of the garden.

- There are beautiful paintings and an inscription worked with plaster in nastaliq' script. The museum consisted of 8 galleries displaying archaeological items from various times.
- This palace is also notorious as the sight of the murder of Mirza Taghi Khan known as Amir Kabir, the reputed nationalist and Prime Minister (Grand Chancellor) Of Nasereddin Shah Ghajar in 1852. Amir Kabir, the nationalist hero and vanguard of Iran was murdered in the small bath here by the order of the Nasereddin Shah.
